What Stokd collects
The information that makes your kitchen sync.
Stokd stores the account and kitchen information needed to make the product work across devices.
- Account details such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
- Pantry items, saved recipes, shopping information, and profile fields you choose to add.
- Photos you choose to upload, including avatars, pantry photos, and receipt images.
- Subscription and entitlement state when Stokd Pro is active.
- Usage analytics including your user ID, sign-up method, email domain, and screen paths when analytics is enabled.

How data is used
To save, sync, and turn inputs into useful drafts.
Stokd uses your information to provide the product features you ask for, not to manufacture advertising profiles.

- Generate reviewable drafts from recipe links, barcode lookups, pantry photos, and receipt scans.
- Manage Stokd Pro entitlements and restore purchases.
- Understand app usage through screen and feature analytics.

Service providers
A small set of services helps Stokd operate.
Selected information is processed by providers only as needed to deliver authentication, storage, billing, analytics, import, and scan workflows.
- Supabase for authentication, data storage, and backend functions.
- RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management.
- OpenAI or OpenRouter through Stokd backend services for selected import and scan processing.
- PostHog for product analytics, including screen paths and account metadata used to identify an analytics profile.
- Google Gemini for selected YouTube video recipe extraction.

Your controls
Your kitchen data is yours to manage.
Stokd includes controls for removing content and leaving the service.
- Sign out at any time and remove saved content from inside the app.
- Remove your avatar independently of the rest of your profile.
- Permanently delete your account from Profile → Trust & support → Delete account.
